Dr Kunal Bikram Shaha

Dr Kunal is competent and skilled interventional cardiologist working as inerventional cardiologist and Cath Lab chief in KIST Medical College Teaching Hospital and as Head, Department of Cardiology and consultant interventional cardiologist in Vayodha hospital. He has also worked as interventional cardiologist in Nepal Mediciti hospital and Norvic International Hospital.

He has experience of assisting more than 400 angioplasties as a first assistant and more than 150 ablations. He can competently perform transesophageal and transthoracic echocardiography (adult & congenital), coronary angiography and angioplasty via radial and femoral approach, peripheral intervention, pericardiocentesis, permanent & temporary pacemaker implantation, and capable of performing electrophysiology studies handle all possible cardiac emergencies.
